PREPRINTED ANTITRAUMA TILES
The anti-shock floors for multipurpose play areas can be made with preformed rubber tiles. The shockproof plates are in recycled rubber, available in different thicknesses and size. Decades of experience in the field have formed us to create perfectly safe projects for adults and children.
Our tiles are made of highly elastic non-toxic rubber. They are easy to clean and resistant to atmospheric agents over time. The anti-shock tile floors are EN1177 certified and can be installed on asphalt, concrete or stabilized substrates.

HOW OUR ANTITRAUMA TILES FLOOR IS MADE
The preformed tiles are available in different thicknesses, carefully chosen for each project based on the surfaces to be protected and the level of absorption from fall required for the installed games. Large or small, rectangular, square or with a particular shape, the tiles can be self-locking or interlocking.
Joint lines are present but are minimal and allow the correct sliding of strollers and prams without generating architectural barriers. In fact, an area made with anti-shock tiles can also be equipped with special access slides.
They can be installed anywhere, even on lawn or ground, but an underlay in asphalt, concrete or stabilized will give greater stability over time. Finally, the borders define the perimeter of the safety surface and can be made in different materials and colors.
WHAT IS THE RUBBER TILES COMPOSITION?
The elastic rubber plates are made of granules of EPDM (ethylene-propylene diene) synthetic rubber and SBR (styrene butadiene rubber) recycled rubber mixed with non-toxic resin. The color is given to the single granule, therefore it will not tend to fade over time because it is resistant to UV rays, heat and bad weather.
The color range is very wide and the result will be a shiny surface with a uniform color, without the possibility of particular customizations, as in case of poured rubber flooring.
CHILD SAFETY FIRST OF ALL
In playgrounds, schools and multisport areas, the risks of trauma and injury are very high and synthetic rubber tile floors are designed precisely to ensure the safety of everyone, especially children. This is why we accurately calculate the perfect thickness of each tile based on drop tests with potential head injuries, the most common in play areas.
THE RUBBER DOES NOT FEAR THE RAIN
The great advantage of our antishock tiles, in addition to a minimum maintenance compared to a natural lawn, is to be perfectly permeable to water. The bottom surface of each tile, in fact, has a conformation that guarantees the correct drainage of water in the play area.
An anti-slip rubber floor tile is non-slip and allows access to the area even after thunderstorms without danger of slipping. The playground or the school yard thus becomes more easily accessible places for several days a year.
